Video Conferencing
Tri-County Community Support Services Tri-County Community Support Services (TCCSS), in partnership with Community Networks of Specialized Care,mmunity Networks of Specialized Care provides video conferencing services. Video conferences are offered through the Ontario Telemedicine NetworkOntario Telemedicine Network (OTN). Video conferencing options include workshop/training sessions, point-to-point meetings with other member locations, and private consultation services with other agencies, doctors, and/or hospitals. Video conferencing can drastically cut down on staff travel time and mileage and provide more convenient services for individuals. There is no fee to use the video conferencing services at TCCSS as long as the sessions take place on the OTN network. Video Conferencing Education Session HandoutsAlmost all of the sessions are available by webcast webcast from the Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN). Sessions are available live or archived. Webcasts are not interactive, so if you wish to attend a session with the purpose of asking the presenter a question, you will need to attend in person.
TCCSS Video Conferences are held at 349A George St. N, Suite 303, Peterborough. TCCSS is a scent-free environment, so if you are attending a session, please refrain from wearing perfumes, scented lotions, or fabric softeners. Also, it is best not to wear striped clothing for a video conference.
Due to the size of the conference room, space is limited to twelve (12) participants.
