Who We Are

Tri-County Community Support Services (TCCSS) is an incorporated, non-profit agency governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Its programs and services are funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services and the Ministry of Children and Youth Services and are free of charge to individuals, families, and agencies.

TCCSS is an amalgamation of programs and services with different histories and mandates that serve the varied needs of adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families/caregivers, and the agencies supporting them in their community.

TCCSS provides a range of services including:   behaviour consultation, advocacy and case management services, transitional age youth services, HKPR resource management, passport funding, video-conferencing and staff training, intensive psychology, social work, and applied behaviour analysis.

The mission of Tri-County Community Support Services (TCCSS) is:

To provide community-based specialized support and clinical services for individuals, families, and service providers that contribute to the enhancement of the quality of life of persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorders.

We believe that each client should receive appropriate services and opportunities to:
